It was our privilege to contribute to an individual doing an Internship with International Justice to fight Human Trafficking in South Asia. The team was sent to teach and equip local law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting modern day slavery crimes such as forced labor and sex trafficking. Rebecca had just completed her degree in Criminal Justice.
We also sent support to help build an orphanage in Burundi for the Twa people! An orphanage named Nick’s Place. There are many children living on the street who are without a home, food, or clothes. The orphanage helps those who just need meals and clothes, as well as for some , a place to live.
